Get a taste of Laguna Verde, Jinotega, Nicaragua, with this fantastic anaerobic fermentation of Catuai and Caturra. Only 60kg was ever produced of this unique and special selection. Fermented in whole cherries and dried on raised beds. The coffee was harvested in 2019/2020 and has since been kept frozen, preserving the integrity and flavour.
Expect a rich, juicy, and tropical coffee with loads of sweetness, a balanced tangy acidity, and a long lingering aftertaste.
