Liquid lime-scale remover for milk systems in TopBrewer and Venezia.

With its organic compound properties, the acidic solution efficiently and gently removes potential lime scale buildup stemming from the milk.

This is a great complement to the alkaline cleaner as milk both contains fats and lime, and as such, these need to be cleaned separately.

Important instructions:

It should be noted that this is a separate solution from the alkaline. This should only be used once a week, and very importantly, this has to be used in conjunction with lines clear of milk.

This means the user must clear milk lines using 300-400ml of fresh water before introducing the acidic cleaner. If this is not done, the acidic cleaner reacts with the milk fats and can coagulate in the lines needed for a chargeable service visit.
