Portofino by Amokka® is a 100% Arabica dark roasted blend for a single espresso shot and excellent in milk-based drinks with a sweet but strong flavour.

This dark roasted, 100% handpicked Arabica blend is our take on the traditional roast style of coffee. We combined high-quality Arabica beans from Brazil and Nicaragua to create a unique drinking experience.

The roasting process starts slow, at unusually low temperatures. This allows the coffees to evenly warm up before we turn our gas to the maximum to reach our end temperature in the shortest possible time. This approach produces high sweetness coffee with a long and pleasant aftertaste that still delivers all of those classical dark roast flavours.
